Custom Inflatable Misting Tents
Inflatable misting tents are a unique tent design that are made with an inflatable tent structure with an embedded misting system. This misting system is made specifically for each tent since dimensions can change depending on each clients request. The water lines attach via a pocket system throughout the tent. You only need a water line to hook up the misting system to the inflatable. Everything else is provided including the blower, the structure (which includes the mist sprayers) and a tarpaulin that covers the square footage of your inflatable.
The tent structure is very easy to install. All you need to do is add the misting lines, which are stored separately, to the inflatable structure. This takes about 5-10 min but is very simple. Then you need to attach the lines to the misting unit and connect it to a water spigot with the hose that is provided. Finally, you need to tether the inflatable to the ground for safety and you are good to go.
So, how do you design your own? Well, first and foremost keep the size of the structure in mind. How big do you want it to be? We can create a misting station almost as big as you want. Then there is the shape. It is commonly created in a square or rectangular fashion but can be shaped however you want. As illustrated below you can also choose between having sleek printing and embossed logos on your inflatable misting station. You can also add custom designs to your structure such as adding custom shapes anywhere on the inflatable structure. Take a look at the McDonald's mister below to get an idea.
Solid Tube vs. Extruded Logo
The design on the left features a standard tube design with a printed logo on the structure itself. The design on the right has an extruded logo which stands taller and is more legible as a logo than the printed design pattern. Both are part of the structure but the extruded logos will cost more because it requires more time for us to manufacture.
The standard tube is easy for us to create since it is already part of the structures' design. This would only require us to print the section of your choice to add custom signage to it. As a matter of fact, the entire misting structure can be printed with logos, particular colors and images if necessary.
Custom Coca-Cola Cooling Misting Tent
The tent on the inflatable misting station below is a unique and custom tent design that was created hand in hand with a designer from a marketing company who was commissioned to work on the project on behalf of Coca-Cola. There were a couple of things that we had to keep in mind. First and foremost was the color on the structure because it had to be a specific PMS color. Most inflatable misting stations have a smooth tubular surface but this one has an extruded logo on each end. It also featured the Coca-Cola logo on all of the legs on both the inside and outside panels. Take a look at the video below to get an idea of how you can design your own custom misting tent.
